You can’t escape it, or can you?
Stress. Anxiety. Overwhelmed – at work, school, home. You have more to do than you can ever hope to accomplish each day, and everybody expects so much from you.
Finish one thing – deal with one problem – and before you can catch your breath, another is bearing down on you.
You want to stand tall – maintain your footing – but everything’s changing. Everything’s so uncertain. Most days, you’re just treading water, hoping to make it from crest to crest.
And nobody understands. Nobody genuinely gets it – how hard it is. How much you need relief. How little it would take for everything to fall apart. How easy it would be to let go – and be swept away.
Why not? What if?
Why not take a break – if only for a moment?
What if you could do that without fear – in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be completely yourself? What if you could do that without worry that everything will collapse around you?
You can – with therapy. I can offer you that safe space where you can just be yourself. Where you can voice what’s on your mind without worrying about what other people will think. Where you can focus on developing your skills and realizing your value while being motivated to take yourself to the next level.

Imagine being able to share as we sit, curling our toes in the sand, or as we walk along the shore together.
You don’t have to confine yourself to an office or a Zoom call. Together, we can do everything we’d do in a traditional session, but in the added beauty of nature.
And my special, one-on-one Beach Sessions are available for the same cost as an in-person session.
Before We Hit the Shore
It is important to keep in mind one thing: I cannot guarantee quite the same level of confidentiality for a Beach Session as you would have in the office.
It is possible that others may see us on the beach and wonder how we know each other, for example.
But before we conduct our first session, we’ll talk about these potential situations – and how we can successfully address them.

Beach Sessions are available only at the beginning or end of a day and are usually 50 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
We’ll decide the exact time and location together, on a case-by-case basis; however, our location will most likely be in the Dana Point or Laguna Beach area.
